About Us
Founded in 2021, the Take 9 Virtual Youth Film Festival was created for rising Asian American and Pacific Islander filmmakers between the ages of 18-25 in the United States. Click here to learn more.

Film Festival Features
Our film festival will feature different events throughout the four day event. From 1PM to 6PM each day, tune into different live panels, film screenings, and online workshops.
Filmmakers, screenwriters, and other industry professionals will provide their personal insight and advice to our Take 9 participants in a live panel discussion.
Virtual Screenings
All of our selected films will be available to view online for festival registrants. Different categories will be available at different time. Stay tuned for schedules.
Online Workshops
Are you looking to practice basic filmmaking skills, be introduced to learn in-depth theory, or want to explore different disciplines? Join a 1-hour long online workshop to learn from established filmmakers.
